Returns and Exchanges

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 10 days and we'll either change it for another product - be it similar or not - or refund the full cost of the item minus shipping cost.

 To exchange or return an item, please: 

  • send us an email to info@blinkformentera.com
  • include the proof of purchase number which is included in your package/order confirmation. 
  • specify the reason of return/exchange. 

 Consider that: 

  • several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift cards or lingerie cannot be returned.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs for exchange or return your item. If you paid for your first shipment, also consider that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or which is sent after 10 days from the receipt, will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

*please consider that some of our pieces are one-size and because of the special nature of the fabrics some pieces can present variations in color and shape. If you have any doubts about it, contact us before sending back the items. 

**Items must be returned unused with all the tags and labels still attached according to the condition that they were send. If you overcome the 10 days unfortunately we will not be able to refund or change your item. All the returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, if it meets our conditions we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

You will be responsible for the payment of the return/exchange.
